We are pleased to undertake commissions, and all of our designs can be altered in size and colour to fit your individual needs. All of the colours in our designs can be subject to a level of deviation, due to the fact that they are hand painted.
We will always do our utmost to meet the needs and requirements of our customers, but please be aware that production times are linked to the type and size of design you require and demands on the business at the time of ordering.
Due to the uniqueness of the designs we produce, sample matching can not be guaranteed. Our glazed tiles may craze over time and we cannot guarantee against it. Please be sure you are satisfied with your order prior to installation. Refunds can not be considered after installation.
